Wist je dat er veel fantasy en sciencefiction geschreven wordt in Azië of door schrijvers van Aziatische afkomst? Hiervan wordt maar vrij weinig vertaald naar het Engels en hierbij blijft het vertalen naar het Nederlands vaak uit. Als sciencefiction- en fantasyclub willen we graag wat meer aandacht geven aan deze "underdog". Hiervoor willen we maandelijks een boek uitlichten aan het einde van de maand met een artikel. Maar dit willen we niet alleen doen.

Meehelpen met het artikel is simpel, koop / bestel of leen het boek wat we willen bespreken. We kiezen altijd voor een boek wat nog nieuw verkrijgbaar is. In de loop van de maand wordt er hier op de spot een artikel geopend met daarin discussiepunten over het boek. Uiteindelijk wordt er hier aan het einde van de maand een artikel over geschreven en gepost door de SFF Club.

Girls of Paper and Fire

Het boek wat we deze maand met elkaar willen lezen is Girls of Paper and Fire van de Maleisische Natasha Ngan.
