Funny light read
Had a blast reading this book. It is a really funny light read. The book is about Frederick a vampire born in the 18th century who has been in a coma for the past hunderd years. You can imagine the culture shock he is in when adjusting to the 21th century.
To help him adjust he goes looking for a roommate to observe and learn from. This new roommate is a young woman named Cassie who is risking eviction because of overdue rent. The advertisement Frederick has let Reginald put on craigslist is suspicious at best but Cassie doesn't have a lot of other options. So she decides to become Fredericks new roommate.
But how will she react if she finds out that he hasn't been honest with her about a lot of things? When she finds out she is living with a vampire?
Sidenote:
Loved the reference to Buffy the vampire slayer (because youthful nostalgia), but how dare he ask to choose a favorite between Angel and Spike? It is simply not possible to choose. It is definitely a why choose senario.
