Not my sort of thing

I think the storyline is great. I love that there is a powerful woman as a main character who is after revenge, and may be seen as a villain to most. Besides that I really like the storyline, i really, truely, sincerly hate, HATE the writing. The way it’s written is completly not for me. I don’t like the way the past and present alternate. It’s very confusing most of the time. Later on things will be more clear, but still leave you with so much more questions. In my statistics you can clearly see im not fully enjoying this book. It took me a lot of effort, which is not good for books. I suppose some might enjoy this way of writing, but it is most certainly not for me. I am gonna finish this series, only because my boyfriend did some effort in trying to find me new books with stories that I would really like.
