Nothing ventured, nothing banged.
I'm a very smart woman--a total girl boss. And I'm on track to win a bonus at work that will solve all my problems.
Until he comes along with his slick banter and party boy smile, trying to snatch away a commission that I deserve.
But I won't go down without a fight. He can't bring me to my knees. (Except for that one time in the pantry. But we're not discussing it ever again.)
He's my enemy. I want to crush him.
I also want to lick him. And it's kind of a problem. Because I need to win this thing.
And I can't risk losing my heart.
