Theosophy and the Conscious Mind: Texts by Pablo Sender and H.P. Blavatsky

Texts by Pablo Sender and H.P. Blavatsky

Non-Fictie

This volume explores the nature of consciousness through the theosophical principles of atma, buddhi and manas.
It is part of a series of writings, collected under the banner of 'Modern Theosophy', that re-present important texts drawn from the history of the theosophical movement complemented by texts from contemporary authors and innovative thinkers.
Pablo Sender was born in Argentina in 1975. A doctor of biosciences, he was drawn to theosophy because he felt, 'it presented a far wider scope of knowledge' than studying science alone.
H.P. Blavatsky was a Russian occultist and author, co-founder of the Theosophical Society in New York City with Henry Steel Olcott and William Quan Judge.
The Theosophical Society was founded in 1875 to explore the interconnectedness of all life, the universal wisdoms held in ancient religions and myths, and the potential latent in human beings.
