Before the Scandal

Phineas must come up with a way to expose culprits stealing from the family coffers. Posing as a highwayman to infiltrate their world proves dangerous; but not as dangerous as his attraction to the lady next door. They may have teamed up to solve these crimes, but Phineas is starting to believe that he may want to make this partnership permanent.
