The Alien House

Michael has lived with his Thai wife in Thailand for twelve years and in Spain for two, but has failed to get her a residence permit for the UK, since he had long ago promised to take her to live there, once her daughter had finished at university. She eventually decides to go back to Thailand before she is deported, and Michael moves back to his home town of Barry in South Wales to try to earn some money and 'get her in from the inside'.
The chances are slim, and he sinks ever deeper into despair, even sleeping on the beach to save money. In truth, he starts to lose his mind with worry and loneliness. He starts to have conversations with an alter ego called Ralph, who tends to make fun of him.
He won't even go to his family for help, because he feels that they have shunned him, but is he right?
One day, a slight accident brings him into contact with four people who change his life forever, but who are they and where do they come from? They invite him to move into their huge house with them on the outskirts of Barry, and he reluctantly accepts 'just for a few days'.
His Alter Ego, Ralph, makes fantastic insinuations about Michael's new friends, mocking him that he has been abducted, but could that be true?
Alien House is a fantasy suitable for sci-fi fans of all ages.
