Sequel to the amazing what if it us book. The universe is playing a game. Putting Arthur and Ben both in New York, meeting up again, but with Arthur having his boyfriend Mikey and Ben having his not boyfriend Mario.

Arthur is back in New York being an assistant from an assistant for the summer, leaving his boyfriend Mikey to go alone to Boston. When Ben together with Dylan runs into Jessie, who is Arthur's housemate for the summer, the connection between Arthur and Ben is back.

They keep on meeting, with sometimes Mikey and/or Mario in tow. But come on, with nicknames as Mikey Mouse and Super Mario you can't take these two serious, do you? And the universe brings them back to the special places from two years ago, like the post office. But only Arthur and Ben need to discover themselves that they belong together.

What follows is a sweet and lovely story, bringing in Ben his best friend Dylan and his girlfriend Samantha. Good to see them again too. I couldn't stop reading because I needed to know how it would end. And of course in this book also a few times dear Evan Hansen is mentioned.
