Foss is a 60 year old woman diagnosed with Autism and ADHD. She is initially very shocked. But when she looks back at her life with het autism knowledge , she starts to understand more and more about herself.
It brings her peace and relaxation, no more unconscious masks.
This is a partially autobiographical book, which is also very recognizable for younger women.
