Kingdom of the Sun is based on the well-known legendary myth of Ara the beautiful and Semiramis. A legendary based on revenge, hatred and sick love. The kingdom of the Sun begins in the modern days of Yerevan in 2021. Iskuhi is a student living a normal life as a young woman. Everything changes when, on a rainy day, she touches a tree to tie her shoes. As she touches it, thunder falls on the tree that brings her back to the time of Ara the Beautiful. She is back in 809 BC and doesn't understand how this could happen. She is sure that she was in a dream at first until she realized she never woke up from it. She met the well-known mythic legend, King Ara. King Ara, will get married to Nevard because his mother wanted it since a king should have heirs. On the other hand, Semiramis has a sick obsession for Ara. Semiramis is the famous Queen of the Kingdom of Assyria, who would do everything to have him. The love story of Iskuhi and Ara develops and Semiramis swears war against the Armenian kingdom.
