Tangier is bursting with new energy. At the top of Africa, almost touching Europe, it is rapidly making its presence felt in a globalised world. On the edges of this expanding city, the new high-rise buildings and mega-developments come up against the farms and villages of rural life. Different lifestyles, different outlooks, different visions meet and cross in an in-between area, a new ‘Interzone’.
