A prequel that makes you want more

The Pale Dreamer was chosen last year as a book for the Week of the English book. It is a standalone prequel of the Bone season series, which I didn't know about. Having just finished I am thinking what a pity it was a short prequel story, as I would have loved to spend my Sunday reading further. What I am also thinking is that I want to read the first book in this series, as I was pleasantly surprised with the book in this kind of genre. I don't often read these kinds of books, but I got intrigued and curious about what will happen next and how the characters will develop.... And as you can see in the second picture, five more to explore!
