Dystopia

Slit Throat Saga by Teshelle Combs is a fantasty/dystopian novel, written beautifully, in an unique setting. It is a bit dark, but also a story of how anything different is frowned upon. It has a fast paced writing style and a great female main character, who grows in the story into a formidable person.

The worldbuilding is amazing and very well described. Throughout the story there are unexpected twists and turns. It is an great story with a story-line which makes you think. The title of this book is a bit misleading, and maybe that is a shame, because this could make people not read this book.

Slit Throat Saga is a book I can recommend to any reader who loves a dystopian novel.
