Half told story

The illustrations of Sarah Ellerton have something dreamy, what accords really well to the theme of this story.
Although the story of Bobby Crosby has much potential, a lot of details could have been worked out better. Also the end is very abrupt and thus leaves the reader with an unsatisfied feeling.
Nice read with lovely artwork, but it feels as if the story is only half told.
Accordingly 2,5*.
