Beautiful novel, highly recomended!

Every once in a while you stumble upon on a true jewel, the ones you don't find easily but are well worth the hunt.
This happened to be one and how I wish there were more of those beauties.

Linda Grant knows how to gradually build a believable, yet enticing story without losing the readers attention.
The novel covers many topics such as identity and belonging, making it a more mature and while it grips the reader, the story gently unfolds.
Seeing Vivien searching for her true self is inspiring and pure joy to witness.

I highly advise anyone to read this book, regardless of your main preference.
Although I can imagine a roman or literature fan might like it a bit more than others it is really wort it. I don't give five stars to a book easily but this one more than deserved it and I'm planning on exploring more from this talented writer.
