The book opens with Lydia and her two friends having to rush to catch the shuttle bus to the Kefalonia airport at the end of their vacation. Lydia wakes up with a bad hangover, so there is no time to take a shower. On the bus, a scene that I think lasted a very long time with many reflections, one of her two friends discovers the tattoo on her lower back, she does not believe it at first, but when later girlfriend two confirms it and takes a picture of it, she does believe it.

Lydia who is very serious does not understand how this could have happened. On the bus to the airport, she ponders drowsy. When she comes home, her boyfriend, with whom she was going to live with after the holidays, does not even notice that there is a piece of cling film on her back. Very special and with this it is immediately clear what the relationship is like, as a reader you understand it earlier than Lydia herself.

Back in Kefalonia, Lydia does everything she can to find Andreas, she gets help from bookseller Alexis. He also got her a job with his sister in the hotel, this simple cleaning job is just the right thing for Lydia who is getting things sorted for herself.

Nice entanglements, nice characters, nice descriptions of Kefalonia, you would actually immediately want to jump on the plane to see the places that Lydia visits on the various dates in her search for ‘Awesome Andreas’ .
