Wie heeft de brief gestolen?

In Cursed Letters & Clues by Lizzi London an old mysterious cursed and cryptic letter is stolen from the library. Friends Elsie and Sybil want to help find who did this.

This book was such a joy to read. The writing style is easy, it is a super cozy read. The mystery surrounding the old letter is very well thought out. Each time we get a glimpse to the past, as Sybil gets ghostly visitor who have a link with the letter. It is not spooky at all, as Sybil helps souls cross over. But her gift gets more developed as she gets sucked into the past. She is a lovely character.

I loved how the mystery and the history of the letter unfolded and that made that the story kept really interesting, because each time we learned more about the letter and by the visions of Sybil.
As the setting is in a small town, there are also the wonderful townsfolk, which helps the feel of the setting across to the reader.

This book is really entertaining, with a mystery, some magic, romance and with very likable characters. It was the first book I read by Lizzi London, but I will definitely read more of her novels in the future, because I loved reading this book a lot.
