Beautiful story
I visited Auschwitz... that's sad!
The book is very easy read, which is also normal, it describes what cruelty were, so for that there are no big words needed.
It surprised me the beginning of the book, to learn more about the Jewish traditions and actually to get annoyed for the fact that if the boy loves a Jewish girl and also the girl loves the boy, they cannot marry because he is not born Jewish... hm, difficult to comprehend.
Nevertheless the fact that somebody has a certain religion that doesn't mean that they need to be prosecuted, respect for each other, no matter who they are, that didn't stop Hitler and I don't think somebody would ever understand how this could happened!!!
