Chaim and Gittel, Polish twins are forced to move from their home to the Lodz Ghetto. When this becomes too dangerous for the family, they make to escape through the Lagiewniki Forest to Russia. But when their small band of fighters is caught, Chaim and Gittel are brought to a doctor who is looking to experiment on twins, and what he has in store for them is a horror they dare not even imagine.
