Empire of Sand and Lost Souls

This was my first book by Ella Mina and after being lost in this amazing book I'll be sure to pick another one of her books up to read. Right from the start of reading you'll be part of a mysterious tale and you just want to keep reading to unrafle the characters. It kept me hook from start to end and I was a bit sad that I read it so fast.

Mina has an amazing writingstyle, the worldbuilding has been done amazing and kept going while reading. Just when I thought I knew everything, something new came around the corner. Reading it from mostly 3 POV (a couple of chapters are written from a fourth one) you'll learn so much about the characters and the sometimes difficult choices they must make. I loved the wordlist in the beginning of the book, 'cause the book takes place in the middle east and Mina isn't affraid to use the words common there. Therefore the wordlist was a nice extra! (The words are explained underneath the chapters the first time they are used!) I loved diving into this book and with the way it ended I can't wait to read the next book in this series.
