Fairytale
In The Thornscarp Proposal by Kami King Larsen Mila travels to a land she believes descendants of monsters live, only to fall in love with the wrong man.
This story was a joy to read. I loved the world building, the writing style. It a fun and quick read. Once I started reading this book, I found it hard to put it down. Mila is a lovely character, she is strong, kind, and even though she goes on a somewhat really weird adventure, but you have to admire her as she wants to do the best she can.
I loved reading this book a lot. It is a cozy fantasy fairy tale, with a flowing writing style, romance, humour, some action and drama.
