Cute YA novel

Her Knight in Shining Football Pads by Kaity Norriss is the story of Oliver and punk singer Kaylee. It is a lovely and sweet YA romance novel with likable characters. The writing style is nice and I loved how we got a glimpse of how these young people live their lives, with all the drama and school stuff.

It was a nice surprise that there were several POVs, which is a writing style I always love. This way you get to know the characters better. Olivier is a real nice guy, while Kaylee is more outspoken, after all she is the singer in a punk band. I have not read novels in which that was the case, so that was really nice to read about.

I enjoyed reading Her Knight in Shining Football Pads. It is a cute story.
