Warning: Do not read this if you're not prepared to feel like a giddy 16yo again.

This was the absolute cutest thing I've read in a long time, while simultaneously it also tackled topics like grief, loneliness and teenage angst (sounds contradictory, I know). This book teleported me right back to my teenage years. I felt both nostalgia and a great relief that those years are all behind me (when did that happen though? I'm turning 30 next week but I've just only turned 20 in my mind?).

I hoped, prayed, begged, sacrificed a limited edition Tolkien boxset to the bookish Gods just so that S/N would be who I hoped he was.

I couldn't hope for a better ending
