I’ve heard so many mixed reactions to this book, but I really enjoyed it! It’s such an easy read and the FMC and MMC really grow throughout the story.

There’s a lot of funny banter in the story and even some grumpy vs sunshine, my favorite trope!

And yes, there is a lot of spice! And it’s hot, it’s sizzling. In my personal opinion it adds to the story (mostly).

And the things Nathan says to Anastasia… Talking about swoon worthy!

“You have no idea, do you? The lengths I’d go to if you’d let me. What I’d do to make you happy.”
“Every cut, bruise, every single pang of anger or frustration. It’s all worth it, I’d throw my last punch defending you because you deserve to have someone be that person for you, and there’s no one more qualified for the job than me.”
“There isn’t a version of me that is better without you by my side.”
“You’re the best thing to ever happen to me, and to call you the love of my life does not do justice to how much I love you. My existence doesn’t make sense without you by my side.”
