Beautiful!

This book deserves a translation, so in the meantime one should read it in English. Why? Because this book describes the struggles of Ben after they comes out to their parents. The parents don't take the news so well; Ben is kicked out of the house. Ben 's sister and her husband take them in. Since Ben has the graduate they transfer schools where Ben meets a fascinating boy, Nathan.
While coming to terms (more or less) with their parents, the developing relationship between Ben and Nathan makes a beautiful story. It was a painful read at times, and I made sure not to speed-read this book. The story keeps stuck in my head.

This book is a special one in the LHBTQ+ segment because it is written by a non-binary person and has a non-binary main character. This book fills a gap in the LHBTQ+ spectrum so it's worth reading for this reason only. The other reason is that this is a wonderful book. If you enjoyed Becky Albertalli's book about Simon you'll probably want to read "I wish you all the best" too!
